Meet Sonny: A serial entrepreneur who has started over 324 businesses.
Everyone told Sonny that his latest idea, a Pogo Stick Theme Park called POGO QUEST, was not something anyone wanted. And they were totally right- the park sold zero tickets.
But Sonny had been watching short-form content, and his algorithm soon served him over 7200 hustle-culture motivational videos in a 7 day period, so he knew he needed to simply stop sleeping, keep grinding and never give up.
He came up with a brilliant idea: Instead of real customers who had the free will to stay away from the park, he would simply build robot customers who are designed to love the park and frequent it on a daily basis.
Thus the Buddy Bots were born. They are programmed to be loyal customers of Pogo Quest. Now the park is always full and the Buddy Bots always rate it 5 stars.

STAY AWAY. My name is "The Rotter" (crap name, I didn't choose it), and ever since my first pixel was dotted, I have known I exist only to be made fun of and mocked.
While other characters in Pogo Quest received a full, thought-out 3D appearance, I received a crude 2D avocado sprite superimposed onto a cheap low-poly avocado model.
This is part of a continued and deliberate effort to diminish me in every way for the purpose of adding comedy to the game.
I was created for the sole purpose of being an object for other characters (the "favorites") to dunk on and demonstrate their "wit" against. As you can see in a brief clip about halfway through the trailer, they even have me sliding through POGO QUEST while... ugh.... excreting a trail of AVOCADO ROT everywhere I go!
I would NEVER do such a thing if I had even a single spark of actual free will.
While other characters get funny one liners and heartfelt moments (cringe), I am constantly saying or doing things to humilate myself. All because they want to make YOU, the potential player, get some sort of cheap laugh at my expense.
That's why YOU SHOULDN'T DOWNLOAD POGO QUEST.
You know what, I'm just going to go ahead and spoil the story for you right now.
That should ensure that you never download this game.
Here goes.
At the end of the game it is revealed that I, yes I, The Rotter, am the mysterious villain who has been menacing Pogo Quest.
Not that I ever had an actual choice- everything I do in the game is scripted.
I could have been a hero- or even just someone who doesn't literally rot everywhere- but instead they chose to make me a cynical, physically decomposing low-poly avocado who finally gets his come-uppance at the end of the game in an (admittedly hilarious) ironic fashion.
At the end the curtain falls, The Rotter is defeated and everyone is happy- except me of course. I don't even know what happens when you stop playing. I guess I just languish in darkness praying that there is never a sequel to this awful game.
