Acerca de Not My Floor

Not My Floor - acerca del juego

Not My Floor  is an atmospheric horror experience set in a decaying high-rise apartment building from the post-Soviet era, located in the bleak district of Troieshchyna, Kyiv. Flickering lights, rusty elevators, and graffiti-covered stairwells paint a picture of 90s urban despair. Yet, for the protagonist, this is still home. Not a great one—but home nonetheless.

You play as a tired, lonely factory worker returning from a grueling shift. All you want is to reach your apartment—Unit 699, on the 13th floor—and crash. But the journey home turns into a surreal nightmare. The elevator refuses to go straight to your floor, erratically stopping at random levels. You hear cries, whispers, and unsettling laughter behind the walls. The second elevator is out of order. The stairways twist into dead ends, even though they seemed normal just yesterday.

Something inside the building doesn’t want to let you leave.

Is this the work of a ghost? A punishment? Or just another flavor of hopelessness in your already gray, exhausted life? It doesn’t matter. Resistance is pointless. It’s just another nightmare. At least it breaks the monotony.

In Lift, you'll face an oppressive atmosphere, psychological tension, and classic horror elements—find an axe, light a cigarette lighter, read cryptic notes. Follow the voice, move forward, or stand still. Try other floors. It won’t matter. Or maybe it will.
