You, the Confiner
As the newest recruit, you'll venture across volcanoes, ruins, storm-tossed seas, and zones where probability itself unravels. Map the force fields, confine Thermons, and harness their power in battle.
But you'll soon discover a deeper truth: every confinement adds to the weight of order, and every release amplifies the echo of chaos.
As the continent's balance tips ever further, the fate of the continent may not rest in some ancient engine of old—but in the hand you hold out before you.
Deep Tactics
Every turn, your Thermon accumulates BP points. When choosing a skill, you can unleash 1 to 3 BPs you've stored up. Spending BP1/2/3 boosts the skill's power to 130%, 160%, and 190% of its base value respectively—so once you've worn the enemy Thermon down enough via debuff, let loose with BP3 and finish them in one decisive strike!
Multi-Hits
Some skills scale even harder with BPs. Take Rending Slash: BP1/2/3 makes your Thermon strikes 2/3/4 times in quick succession, sending damage through the roof—and even shredding through multiple layers of an enemy's Armors at once!
Passives
But what truly transforms a Thermon is its wide array of Passives. Thermon can hold multiple Passives, and as they undergo Phase Transition to evolve into stronger forms, they can carry even more—creating all kinds of synergies that send their combat potential soaring!
For example, some Thermon can Parry Counter an attack and return it harder on the following turn, while the Passive: Parry Master guarantees that Parry goes first. When you sense the enemy is about to commit to an all-out BP3 assault, a first-strike Parry Counter can flip the entire battle on its head in an instant!
Armor System
For assassin-type Thermon, making good use of Armor is the foundation of survival. Many skills let them stack Armors quickly and in bulk, letting them stare down even the heaviest single-hit damage without flinching. Multi-hit skills, however, are another story—they chip away at an assassin Thermon's Armors fast, leaving its weaknesses exposed. But applying a bleed effect at the right moment, and suddenly multi-hit means multi-stack DOT damage—turning the enemy's strength against them and dropping them even faster. This is the constant push-and-pull where every battle unfolds!
Unlock powerful team synergies
In the game, a Confiner can carry up to 6 Thermons. During battle, you can swap a Thermon in before acting to dodge an unfavorable type matchup—but you can't swap on consecutive turns. Some Thermons have the Warcry Passive—for instance, casting a shield that reflects Spell Attacks the moment they enter the field. A clever Confiner facing an incoming BP3 spell bomb will rush a Thermon like this onto the field to turn the tide. And some Thermon can even learn skills and Passives that alter swap effects or empower your benched Thermons! Master these tools and you'll become the strongest Confiner on the continent!
