The King Speaks is a fast-paced, single-player incremental RPG with automatic combat and tactical choices. Begin as a young King, assemble your royal court, and carve a path through hostile lands. Your fighters handle the attacks. Choosing who gets hit, while keeping your reign alive is your responsibility.

The enemy healer is undoing your hard work. The summoner has invited more guests. And that enormous warrior is preparing something decidedly undiplomatic.
Choose your targets, react to changing threats, and time your limited abilities. An impressive crown is useful for many things. Stopping an axe is not one of them.
Grow into the crown
Begin with a young face beneath an oversized responsibility. As you earn experience through battle and conquest, your King grows older and his portrait changes with him.
Each new year brings a skill point to shape his strengths. Guide him from childhood into old age, building a ruler whose abilities reflect your choices.
Experience leaves its mark. Fortunately, some of those marks improve your combat performance.
Surround yourself with useful people
Every King needs a court. Preferably one that contributes more than flattering speeches.
Recruit royal officers, develop their strengths, and unlock their abilities. New recruits become available as your conquest advances, giving you more ways to prepare for whatever waits beyond the next border.
Turn setbacks into better equipment
Collect loot, discover rarer equipment, and combine your gear with your King’s skills. Defeat bosses to earn Valor, then choose between unlocking equipment slots and buying permanent upgrades from the Masters.
A failed attempt keeps your earned growth intact. Return to your preparations, reconsider your choices, and try again.
The official court record can call it a tactical withdrawal.
