CHARGE! is a laser-tag inspired sport in the future. Athletes are split into teams of three and deployed into a fantastic sci-fi arena to be let loose.
Mission
A futuristic themed 3v3 multiplayer FPS that blends old-school arena mechanics with modern sensibilities of fun. A fresh take on weapon functionality and gamemode approaches, focusing on the multiplayer experience.
(3-6 players are optimal, but there are functional bots for single player fun)
Gameplay
Casual Arena Fun with friends or bots
With arena-style foundations and a robust 6-player map with lots of room to roam, you can pick your own pace. Huddle close with teammates or bots and stick behind walled cover, or leap into action using the environment to surprise opponents from unpredictable angles.
Territory Control for the Whole Arena
Sometimes a frenzied tug of war, sometimes a game of distraction... and sometimes curious wandering, Path Command is the objective game mode of Charge!
Territory is split into multiple zones on the map, held by the Command Lines that can snake and wind around the terrain in different ways.
This brings players into combat situations not normally seen with the more common objective zones, and we hope this gives you and your team a variety of ways to play, whether you're on attack and aiming for capture, or a defender tasked with staying in command to win. And, don't sweat it if your strategy doesn't work out, matches are short, so just run it back!
Laser weapons you wish you could play with
With laser tag comes laser weapons, but why not push them as far as they can go?
In this effort, whether you want strategy or shenanigans, modifier pickups that bring out a laser's reflective abilities and more are waiting in the arena for you to test out at your own discretion. Just be careful if your teammates are in the path of your experiments...

known as the: "Shields 2 Satellites Act": These were stipulations for Humans, Hybrids, and Artificials, to ensure protocols for lasting world peace, and ensuring THE GOLDEN AGE OF PROGRESS NEVER ENDED!
That all would live in a utopia, forever.
But with this responsibility. many of the GENERATIONS OF THE OLD GUARD were furious, so... they all hatched a plan, and found Rebel Commander Kross, funding his war efforts against Hegemony, as an effort to split the union, working to turn the utopia into a dystopia for their own selfish ends.
With the world in abundance, those with a scarcity mindset were forced to either EVOLVE OR DIE.
