SUSPECT EXPRESS is a first-person multiplayer game for 2 to 4 players, playable in 1v1 or 2v2 matches, either public or private. Aboard a train packed with passengers, the Inspectors must identify the Troublemakers hiding in the crowd. Meanwhile, the Troublemakers must complete their tasks, cause incidents and reach their destination without getting caught.
BLEND IN
As a Troublemaker, the crowd is your best ally. Complete your tasks when no one is watching, cause incidents aboard the train and avoid drawing the Inspectors' attention. The other passengers give you plenty of opportunities to hide your intentions. But the train won't wait forever. Stations keep passing by, and you'll need to finish what you started before it's too late.
FIND THE CULPRIT
As an Inspector, watch the passengers, investigate incidents and try to work out who's behind the sabotage. You can't accuse someone at random without consequences. Your tokens are limited: use them to make an accusation, or spend them at the bartender to get a clue about one of the Troublemakers. Sometimes it's better to keep watching than to bet on the wrong suspect.
MAKE YOUR CHOICES
A passenger lingers near an incident a little too long. Is that really suspicious? Someone just hurried out of a carriage. Was it a player, or simply an NPC following their routine? In Suspect Express, much of the confrontation revolves around doubt. Troublemakers must look ordinary while Inspectors try to separate suspicious behaviour from simple coincidence.
1V1 OR 2V2
Face off with 2 or 4 players in public matches, or create a private match with your friends. In 1v1, every mistake matters. In 2v2, both sides can coordinate their actions, share their suspicions and cover for their teammates. Whatever the format, one question remains: Who can you really trust aboard the Suspect Express?
