Modos variados como free-for-all deathmatch, team deathmatch, soul reaping, capture the soul y last soul standing se desarrollan en 40 arenas entre el Cementerio de Death, cuevas del Infierno, azoteas de mega ciudades y altares de iglesias con portales, trampas explosivas y plataformas móviles. El modo singleplayer o a dos jugadores con oleadas de enemigos te enfrenta a seis tipos distintos en cinco arenas, recolectando almas para 1UPs hasta el duelo final contra el Devil boss.
