The Schnabel Car is a special type of freight car, used to transport super heavy or oversized goods. Generally speaking, it has two huge 'arms' to grab the goods, and make them become a part of itself.

D38 Schnabel Car was born in a distant northern city of China, Qiqihar. It is a giant beast for real, and one of the largest freight cars in China. D38 has carried large stators for the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, and it also has carried some large industrial equipment, for example: power transformers and mill stands for some industrial zones in Shanghai and Sichuan Province.
Due to its long body, you need to assemble it youself in Surveyor Mode by using the parts of D38 (4 Basic Chassis, 2 Main Chassis, 2 Schnabel and an Empty Connector ).

The Depressed Center Bracket is used to load large but fragile goods. I have prepared a power transformer for it. You can load it by editing properties of the Depressed Center Bracket in Surveyor mode. Like Side Bolsters, the earlier schnabel has been pre-installed on the Depressed Center Bracket.
