Download Saihate Station on Steam.
In your Steam Library, right-click Saihate Station and select Properties.
Go to the DLC tab and make sure “Saihate Station [Twilight Railway] Official Setting & Art Book” is marked as downloaded.
In the same window, open the Installed Files tab and click Browse.
